温阳益气活血汤联合倍他乐克对冠心病患者神经体液及动脉弹性的影响

Efficacy of the Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue decoction plus betaloc on neurohumoral and arterial elasticity in patients with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨温阳益气活血汤联合倍他乐克对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者神经体液及动脉弹性的影响。方法:选取122例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法,分为观察组和对照组,每组61例,对照组患者在常规治疗基础上加以倍他乐克治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加以温阳益气活血汤联合倍他乐克治疗,对比治疗前后两组患者的中医症状积分、神经体液以及动脉弹性水平变化情况。结果:治疗后,观察组的中医症状积分、神经体液及动脉弹性指标水平改善程度、临床总有效率均显著优于对照组,P <0.05。结论:在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者中施以温阳益气活血汤联合倍他乐克治疗,可有效改善患者的神经体液及动脉弹性水平,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue decoction(温阳益气活血汤) plus betaloc on neurohumoral and arterial elasticity in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:122 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 61 cases.The control group was treated with betaloc on the basis of conventional treatment.Patients in the observation group were treated with the Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue decoction plus betaloc on the basis of conventional treatment.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,the level of neurohumoral and arterial elasticity indexes,and the total clinical efficiency in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue decoction plus betaloc on coronary heart disease can effectively improve the patient’s neurohumoral and arterial elasticity,and improve the clinical efficacy.
