脐疗治疗急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床研究

Clinical research on treating acute mesenteric lymphadenitis by umbilical therapy

目的:研究脐疗治疗急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1-6月收治的急性肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿76例为研究对象,按照数字随机法分成两组,对照组予常规治疗,研究组在此基础上联合中医脐疗。比较两组临床治疗前后肠系膜淋巴结横径、纵径指标,血清C反应蛋白、降钙素原指标及临床症状缓解时间、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组临床肠系膜淋巴结横径、纵径均不同程度减少,研究组显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。经治疗,研究组患儿血清C反应蛋白、降钙素原指标均低于对照组,P <0.05。研究组患儿腹痛、腹泻、呕吐、食欲不振症状缓解时间均短于对照组,P <0.05。结论:脐疗治疗急性肠系膜淋巴结炎效果显著,可缩短临床症状缓解时间,减轻患儿痛苦。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of umbilical therapy in the treatment of acute mesenteric lymphaden.Methods:From January to June 2019,76 cases were divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group took umbilical therapy more.Results:After treatment,the transverse and longitudinal diameters of the clinical mesenteric lymph nodes in the two groups were reduced,and in the study group were significantly smaller than the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the serum CRP and PCT indexes in the study group were lower than the control group,P<0.05.The time to relieve symptoms of abdominal pain,diarrhea,vomiting,and loss of appetite in the study group was shorter than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Umbilical therapy is effective in treating acute mesenteric lymphadenitis,can shorten the time of clinical symptom relief,and alleviate the pain of children.
