中医正骨手法复位配合外固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效评价

Efficacy of TCM orthopedic manipulative reduction with external fixation on elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture

目的:研究中医正骨手法复位配合外固定治疗对于老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法:选取100例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,采用随机抽签法将这些患者分为联合治疗组与西医治疗组,其中联合治疗组患者50例,西医治疗组患者50例,联合治疗组患者采用中医正骨手法复位配合外固定治疗,西医治疗组患者采用常规的西药治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、负重时间、髋关节功能恢复情况、手术相关指标、髋关节功能恢复优良率情况、并发症情况。结果:联合治疗组的治疗效果优于西医治疗组,两组之间差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。联合治疗组患者的髋关节功能改善情况优于西医治疗组,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。联合治疗组的术后恢复情况优于西医治疗组,两组差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。联合治疗组患者的各项症状积分均明显低于西医治疗组,两组差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。联合治疗组患者的髋关节功能恢复优良率明显高于西医治疗组,两组差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。联合治疗组患者的并发症发生率明显低于西医治疗组,两组差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行中医正骨手法复位配合外固定治疗的效果良好,可以有效降低并发症发生概率,改善病情,安全性较好,患者的术后恢复情况较好,值得在临床应用当中进一步推广。

Objective:To study the effect of TCM orthopedic manipulative reduction with external fixation on elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:100 elderly patients were selected and divided into the combined treatment group and the Western medicine treatment group by random drawing,50 patients in each.The combined treatment group was given TCM orthopedic manipulative reduction with external fixation treatment.Patients in the Western medicine treatment group were treated with conventional Western medicine.The treatment effect,fracture healing time,hospitalization time,weight bearing time,hip joint function recovery,operationrelated indicators,hip joint function,the recovery rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment effect in the combined treatment group was better than that in the Western medicine treatment group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The improvement of hip joint function in the combined treatment group was better than that in the Western medicine treatment group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery in the combined treatment group was better than that in the Western medicine treatment group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores of patients in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in the Western medicine treatment group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of hip joint function recovery of patients in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the Western medicine treatment group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that in the Western medicine treatment group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM orthopedic manipulative reduction with external fixation shows kether effects on elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture,can effectively reduce the probability of complications,improve the patient’s condition,with better safety and better postoperative recovery.The patient’s hip joint function has recovered well,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical applications.
