摘要
目的:分析脾虚湿热型脂溢性皮炎应用除湿胃苓汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法:选取80例齐齐哈尔市中医医院南院2018年1月-2019年12月收治的面部脂溢性皮炎脾虚湿热型患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,对照组予以常规西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予除湿胃苓汤加减治疗。两组均连续治疗4周,比较两组治疗效果。结果:较之治疗前,两组治疗后脱屑、皮肤瘙痒、红斑、皮损面积以及临床症状总分均明显下降,且治疗组治疗后各症状评分及总分均低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组治疗后皮肤含水量、pH值高于对照组,经表皮水分流失量、皮脂分泌率低于对照组(P <0.05);对照组疾病复发率高于治疗组(χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025)。结论:除湿胃苓汤加减治疗可有效缓解脾虚湿热型脂溢性皮炎患者的症状,改善皮肤屏障功能,增强治疗效果,减少疾病复发,且安全性高,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of the Chushi Weiling decoction(除湿胃苓汤) on seborrheic dermatitis of the spleendeficiency damp-heat type.Methods:80 cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with the Chushi Weiling decoction more.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks,and the treatment effects in the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with before treatment,the scores of desquamation,skin pruritus,erythema,skin lesion area and clinical symptoms in the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The skin water content and pH value in the treatment group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and TEWL and sebum secretion rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the group was higher than that in the treatment group(χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025).Conclusion:The Chushi Weiling decoction can effectively relieve the symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis of the spleen-deficiency dampheat type,improve skin barrier function,improve the treatment effect,and reduce recurrence,with high safety.It is worthy of promotion.
