中医情志护理应用于手术室护理工作中的价值评价

The value of TCM emotional nursing in operating room

目的:探讨在手术室护理工作中应用中医情志护理的效果。方法:参与本次研究的实验对象为2018年1月-2019年1月于枣庄市市中区人民医院手术室进行胃肠道手术的患者120例,本次研究根据不同护理方案将所有参与试验的患者随机分为两组,其中对照组60例,应用常规传统护理方案,试验组60例,应用中医情志护理方案,观察并统计应用不同护理方案后两组患者术后治疗效果、中医证候评分、术后并发症发生率以及对手术期间护理服务的满意度情况。结果:干预前,试验组与对照组健康调查简表8维度评分的差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);干预后,试验组8维度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预前,两组患者中医证候评分的差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);干预后,试验组中医证候评分、术后并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);两组患者在干预前的抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分的差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),干预后试验组患者的两种评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);干预前,试验组炎症因子水平与对照组无显著差异(P> 0.05),干预后,试验组成员的炎症因子水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:在手术室护理方案的选择中应推广应用中医情志护理方案,该方案对于促进患者身体机能的恢复、稳定患者的情绪以及提高患者的满意度具有重要意义,应为护理方案首选。

Objective:To explore efficacy of TCM emotional nursing in operating room.Methods:120 cases were randomly divided into two groups,60 patients in the control group were given traditional nursing programs,and the other 60 patients in the experimental group were given TCM emotional care programs.Results:Before the intervention,the groups showed no statistically significant difference in the 8-dimensional scores of the SF-36 scale(P>0.05),after the intervention,the 8-dimensional scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P>0.05),after the intervention,the TCM syndrome scores and postoperative complications rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups of patients before the intervention(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the two scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P>0.05).Before the intervention,the level of inflammatory factors in the experimental group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05),after the intervention,the inflammatory factor levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM emotional care program should be popularized in operating room.This program is of great significance for promoting the recovery of patients’ physical function,stabilizing patient’s mood and improving patients’ satisfaction,and should be the first choice for nursing program.
