蒿芩清胆汤治疗呼吸道感染的Meta分析

A meta-analysis of treating respiratory tract infection with the Haoqin Qingdan decoction

目的:使用循证医学的理论和方法,对蒿芩清胆汤治疗呼吸道感染的临床疗效进行系统评价,指导临床实践。方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方期刊数据库、维普中文期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库,PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Google Scholar,筛选出蒿芩清胆汤治疗呼吸道感染的临床随机对照试验文献。检索时限从建库至2020年1月。所得文献根据纳入与排除标准进行筛选,使用Review Manage 5.3软件进行统计分析。最终纳入文献15篇,共计1 084例呼吸道感染患者。结果:Meta分析显示:15项研究为同质性,自由度为14(P=0.97)。采用固定效应模型,得出优势比(Odds Ratio,OR)为7.07,95%置信区间(Confidence Interval,CI)[3.96,12.63];经Z检验,Z=6.61(P <0.000 01),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.000 01)。结论:蒿芩清胆汤治疗呼吸道感染的临床疗效确切,且优于抗生素、对症治疗等疗法。受纳入文献质量、数量所限,尚需更多科学规范的高质量临床随机对照试验验证其临床疗效。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of the Haoqin Qingdan decoction(蒿芩清胆汤) on respiratory tract infection by evidence-based medicine,to further guide clinical practice.Methods:In the Chinese Journal Full-text Database,Wanfang(万方) Journal Database,Weipu Chinese Journal Database,China Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,The Cochrane Library,Google Scholaro a clinical randomized controlled trial of respiratory tract infection the Haoqin Qingdan decoction treated with was searched.The time is from the establishment of the database to January 2020.The literature was screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the Review Manage 5.3 software was used for statistical analysis.Finally,15 stuclies were included,including 1 084 patients with respiratory tract infection.Results:The Meta-analysis showed that the homogeneity test results of 15 studies were 14(P=0.97).Therefore,the fixed effect model was used to analyze the statistical calculations and summarize the statistics,and the OR was 7.07,the 95%CI was [3.96,12.63],and Z=6.61(P<0.000 01).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of the Haoqin Qingdan decoction on respiratory tract infection is better than antibiotics and symptomatic treatment.
