传统文化与乡村治理的现代耦合——基于河南省L县G村的实证研究

The modern coupling of traditional culture and rural governance:Based on the empirical study of Village G in County L,Henan Province

传统文化在国家治理体系中有着重要的现实作用,它有助于乡村的政治运行和治理逻辑作出结构性改变。通过对河南省L县G村所开展的传统文化活动麒麟舞的调查研究,发现传统文化在公共空间、精英孵化、文化自组织以及文化场景四重面向上与乡村治理出现了良性互动。因此,应从资源开发、人才培养、平台建设这三个方面给予政策支持,从而促成传统文化从文化管理走向文化治理的现代化转型。

Traditional culture plays an important role in the national governance system,which helps to make structural changes in the political operation and governance logic of rural areas.Through the investigation and study of the traditional cultural activity Kirin Dance in Village G,County L,Henan Province,it is found that the traditional culture has a positive interaction with the rural governance in public space,elite incubation,cultural self-organization and cultural scene.Therefore,the policy support should be given from three aspects:resource development,talent cultivation and platform construction,so as to promote the modernization transformation of traditional culture from cultural management to cultural governance.
