班固《两都赋》名物铺陈特点

On the writing features of famous objects in Ban Gu’s Liangdu Fu

《两都赋》名物瑰奇纷呈,千姿百态,涉及地理天文、宫殿台苑、人物典事、名物器具等,包罗万象,以其宣扬上德,夸饰文功,或讽喻奢侈无度。名物铺陈描写,或信而有征,有案可查,据实摹写;或征引广博,文辞雅赡,凸显赋家学识。其名物征引及其铺写承袭前人,吸收相如"经纬相间""纵横交错"之法,铺写校猎娱游、山河表里等;又另求新变,凌驾前修,不吝笔墨,精雕细琢,摹写宫室楼苑,叙述礼乐文明。

There were kinds of famous objects in Liangdu Fu which were related to geography,astronomy,palaces and gardens,figures’allusions,utensils,and etc.The famous objects were described in good faith,and documented or depicted according to the facts.They were widely cited with elegant words,which highlighted the knowledge of the writer.On one hand,the writer learned from the predecessors and described the famous objects including hunting and entertainment,and mountains and rivers,etc.by“alternating longitude and latitude”and“crisscrossing”.On the other hand,he sought innovation and change to surpass the previous by sparing no effort in describing and elaborating to depict palace buildings and gardens,and the ritual and music civilization.
