新冠肺炎疫情对罗非鱼产业影响的调查研究

Investigation study on the impact of COVID-19 on Tilapia industry

为了解新冠肺炎疫情对广东省罗非鱼产业不同供应链环节的直接影响和长期持续影响,本研究通过参与式访谈,对广东省罗非鱼产业的苗种繁育、成鱼养殖环节、加工环节、销售流通环节及饲料供应环节等五个供应链环节从业者进行一对一调研,结果表明疫情影响罗非鱼春季苗种投放,对罗非鱼的生产资料供应和成鱼质量产生了一定的影响,疫情严控措施取消后,罗非鱼养殖生产逐步恢复,生产资料供应和生产管理情况恢复较好,但是罗非鱼销售价格持续走低,养殖利润空间进一步降低。

In order to know the impact of COVID-19 outbreak on Tilapia industry,interview participatory,questionnaire survey were conducted on Tilapia supply chain such as production,processing,marketing and seed and feed enterprises in Guangdong Province.The results showed that the epidemic affected the release of Tilapia seedlings in spring,and had a certain impact on the supply of means of production and the quality of Tilapia,after the elimination of strict epidemic control measures,Tilapia breeding production gradually resumed,and the supply of means of production and production management recovered well.However,the sales price of Tilapia continued to decline,and the breeding profit margin further decreased.
