摘要
为了验证废旧纺织品在线近红外谱库的实用性,利用383个未参与建库的聚酯、棉、羊毛、锦纶、真丝、粘胶、腈纶、聚酯/毛、聚酯/锦纶、真丝棉、锦纶/氨纶、聚酯/棉12类织物样品对所建谱库进行在线检索识别。结果表明该方法识别正确率达98.7%,利用该谱库可对12种常见废旧纺织品进行在线识别和自动分选,为废旧纺织品回收分选提供一种新的方法和设备。
In order to verify the practicability of the online NIR spectral library,383 samples outside the library were used to online search and identify the established spectral library,including polyster,cotton,wool,nylon,silk,viscose,acrylic,polyster/wool,polyster/cotton,polyster/nylon,silk/cotton and nylon/spandex.The results indicated that the recognition accuracy rate reached 98.7%.The online NIR spectral library can realize online identification and automatic sorting of 12 common waste textiles and provide a new method and equipment for the recycling and sorting of waste textiles.
