摘要
将温感变色微胶囊印制在具有加热功能的绒布面料上,测定印花后样品的变色性能。研究结果表明:蓝色印花织物开始变色温度为36℃,完全变色温度为47℃;优化的印花工艺条件为:粘合剂30%、交联剂15%、焙烘温度130℃、焙烘时间4 min。使用变色微胶囊印花后,可加热纺织品的图案实现了"动态"变化,同时还具有温度指示功能。
The temperature-sensitive color-changing microcapsules were printed on flannelette fabric with heating function.By measuring the color-changing properties of the sample after printing,it is concluded that the temperature at which the color of the blue printed fabric begins to change is 36℃,and the temperature at which the color of the blue printed fabric completely changes is 47℃.The optimized printing process conditions are:30%binder,15%crosslinking agent,baking temperature 130℃,baking time 4 min.The use of color-changing microcapsules for printing enables a“dynamic”change in the pattern of the heating textile and a temperature display function.
