摘要
魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)作为一种天然高分子,其因无毒无害、良好的生物相容性、生物降解性和亲水性,已作为创伤敷料得到了广泛研究。但由于KGM单独作为创伤敷料无抗菌作用、力学性能差等,因此,通常需要与其他成分结合形成性能完备的创伤敷料。以KGM不同类型创伤敷料为出发点,总结并讨论了其性能及用途差异。
Konjac glucomannan(KGM),as a natural polymer,has been extensively studied as a wound dressing because of its non-toxic and harmless,good biocompatibility,biodegradability and hydrophilicity.However,as a wound dressing alone,KGM has no antibacterial effect and poor mechanical properties.Therefore,it is usually necessary to combine it with other ingredients to form a complete wound dressing.Taking different types of KGM wound dressings as a starting point,this article summarizes and discusses their differences in properties and uses.
