基于地方高校产教融合人才培养的对策研究

The Countermeasure Research Based on the Local University Production-teaching Integration Talent Training

产教融合是为适应市场经济快速发展,实现地方普通高等院校常规化教育向技术应用型转变、服务与地方经济转型的一种教育途径,是现代人才培养改革的一种模式,也是人才培养的本质要求。在教育现代化的大政背景下,通过剖析高等教育转型过程中产教融合存在的普遍问题,通过对专业的分析、师资队伍的培养、管理机制的完善等方面进一步探讨产教融合的实现途径,为地方普通高等院校产教融合的开展提供理论依据。

The integration of industry and education is an educational way to realize the transformation from conventional education to technology application,service and local economy in local colleges and universities.It was a mode of modern talent training reform and also the essential requirement to adapt to the development of market economy and higher education in China.Based on the analysis of the common problems existing in the process of higher education transformation,we further discussed the ways to achieve the integration of industry and education according to the characteristics of the major,the training of teachers and the improvement of management mechanism,so as to provide theoretical basis for the development of the integration of industry and education in local ordinary colleges and universities.
