摘要 脓毒症是由宿主对感染反应失调引起的威胁生命的器官功能障碍。尽管脓毒症的治疗技术在过去几年中发展迅速,但脓毒症的发病率和病死率仍在攀升,这使得脓毒症的早期诊断显得尤为重要。近年来,肝素结合蛋白(heparin binding protein,HBP)作为一种新型的炎症标志物引起广泛关注。大量研究表明,HBP在早期预测脓毒症相关器官功能衰竭并评估其结局具有重要临床意义。本文将对HBP的分子结构、作用机制及最新的研究进展进行综述。 Sepsis is a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dysregulated host response to infection.Despite the rapid development of treatment techniques for sepsis in the past few years,the morbidity and mortality of sepsis continues to climb.This makes early diagnosis of sepsis particularly important.In recent years,heparin binding protein(HBP) as a new inflammatory marker has attracted wide attention.A large number of studies have shown that HBP has important clinical significance in the early prediction of sepsis related organ failure and the evaluation of its outcome.In this paper,the molecular structure,mechanism and the latest research progress of HBP will be reviewed.
