双模式健康教育联合焦点式心理护理对老年慢性支气管炎患者的心理状态及健康知识水平的影响

Effect of dual mode health education combined with focused psychological nursing on mental state and cognitive level of health knowledge in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis

目的探讨双模式健康教育联合焦点式心理护理对老年慢性支气管炎患者的心理状态及健康知识认知水平的影响。方法选取2018年6月~2020年7月期间我院收治的老年慢性支气管炎患者80例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组40例患者给予常规护理进行干预,观察组40例患者给予双模式健康教育联合焦点式心理护理进行干预。观察比较干预前后患者的抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,健康知识掌握情况、治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果观察组患者干预后的SAS和SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的健康知识掌握情况、治疗依从性及护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双模式健康教育联合焦点式心理护理干预能够缓解老年慢性支气管炎患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提升其对健康知识掌握度,提高治疗依从性与护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of dual mode health education combined with focus psychological nursing on the cognitive level of health knowledge in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis in our hospital from June 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research object,and all patients were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group were given dual mode health education combined with focused psychological nursing.the scores of depression self-rating scale(SDS)and anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),master degree of health knowledge,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention between the two groups were compared.Results The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The master degree of health knowledge,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dual mode health education combined with focused psychological nursing intervention can alleviate anxiety and depression in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis,improve their master degree of health knowledge,improve treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
