摘要
目的分析聚焦解决法健康教育对肺部重症肺炎患者活动能力、焦虑以及抑郁情绪的影响。方法于2015年01月~2019年12月,以本院接收的400例肺部重症肺炎患者作为观察对象,将之随机分成两组,其中常规组200例常规护理,研究组200例则给予聚焦解决法健康教育。观察分析两组干预前后活动能力、焦虑抑郁状况。结果研究组ADL日常生活活动能力评分显著高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组焦虑SAS评分、抑郁SDS评分低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组肺部功能FVC以及FEV1高于常规组,而肺部炎症因子CRP以及IL-6水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论通过聚焦解决法对肺部重症肺炎患者进行健康教育,可进一步提高其日常活动能力,改善其负面情绪和肺部通气功能,减轻其肺部炎症。
Objective To study the effect of focused solution health education on activity ability,anxiety and depression of severe pulmonary patients.Methods From January 2015 to December 2019,400 patients with severe pulmonary diseases in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,200 cases in the conventional group and 200 cases in the study group.The patients in conventional group were treated by routine nursing,while the patients in study group were treated by focused solution health education.The activity ability,anxiety and depression were compared btween two group after treatment.Results The ADL activity of daily living score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The anxiety SAS score and depression SDS score of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education for severe pulmonary patients through focused solutions can further improve their ability of daily activities and improve their negative emotions.
