摘要 文章认为,是否完全由人力资源多元化管理来替代传统人力资源管理方式仍有待商榷。当前,需要形成组织成员整体性和个体性辩证统一的人力资源多元化管理方式,这是符合我国各类组织运行实际的办法。人力资源多元化管理策略包括:以岗位群为调研对象建立多元化管理标准、以岗位工作强度和复杂度实施差异化激励、以组织文化建设使组织成员形成共同愿景、以目标管理提升组织成员的分工协作效率。
