摘要
切削力是描述切削过程最基本的物理量,最能反映切削过程中刀具的状态信息。应用传感器集成技术的多维测力刀柄结构紧凑、实用性强,避免了传统传感器设备在灵活性和可重构性方面的局限。多维测力刀柄在切削加工过程中随主轴高速旋转,不便于采用常规的有线连接方式,因此对供电方式、信号传输等提出了无线化、集成化的要求。切削力的测量为刀具状态监测等研究提供基础,因此加工过程切削力测量传感器的研究引起了研究人员的重视。本文从多维测力刀柄的硬件设计入手,在测力刀柄结构设计的基础上实现了硬件电路设计。
Cutting force is the most basic physical quantity to describe the cutting process,which can best reflect the state information of tools in the cutting process.The multi-dimensional force measuring tool handle with the application of sensor integration technology has compact structure and strong practicability,which avoids the limitations of traditional sensor equipment in flexibility and reconfiguration.The multi-dimensional force measuring tool handle rotates with the spindle at high speed in the cutting process,which is not convenient to use the conventional wired connection mode.Therefore,it puts forward the requirements of wireless and integration for power supply mode,signal transmission and so on.The measurement of cutting force provides the basis for the research of tool condition monitoring,so the research of cutting force measurement sensor in machining process has attracted the attention of researchers.This paper starts with the hardware design of the multi-dimensional force measuring tool handle,and realizes the hardware circuit design on the basis of the structure design of the force measuring tool handle.
