建国初期现代化的有效启动及世界意义

Effective initiation of modernization in early days of the founding of PRC and its global influence

建国初期是新中国现代化的启动阶段。此时,中国共产党为实现新中国的现代化,采取了一系列重大举措:在政治保障方面,建立强大国家政权,保证了现代化的社会主义方向;在发展规划方面,制定实施"一五"计划,奠定了社会主义工业化的基础;在力量整合方面,进行有效的社会整合,调动了现代化的力量;在外部支持方面,采取独立自主和争取外援的现代化方针。通过上述一系列重大举措的实施,中国共产党成功实现了新中国现代化的启动,为之后的社会主义现代化建设奠定了坚实基础,也为其它后发现代化国家启动现代化提供了经验借鉴。

The initial stage of modernization of the People’s Republic of China occurred in the early days of its founding. At that time, the Communist Party of China took a series of significant measures to realize the modernization of PRC. In terms of political guarantee, a powerful regime was established to ensure the socialist direction of modernization;as for the development planning, the "First Five-Year Plan" was formulated and implemented to lay the groundwork for socialist industrialization;in the respect of power integration, effective efforts were made in social integration to mobilize the forces of modernization;in regard to external support, the modernization policy of maintaining independence and seeking foreign aid was adopted. All these important steps led the CPC to successful initiation of modernization, establishing a solid foundation for its own subsequent socialist modernization drive and also providing experiences for other developing countries to initiate their modernization.
