台风灾害下配电网脆弱线路的多角度辨识方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对台风灾害极易造成配电线路发生故障,进而影响配电网安全可靠运行水平的问题,提出了一种台风灾害下配电网脆弱线路的辨识方法。首先从配电网结构层面和设备层面出发,充分考虑局部及全局的网络拓扑、潮流分布、设备参数、外部环境和故障损失等影响因素,提出了度数、介数、失效率、损失度这4项线路脆弱度的多角度评价指标,然后对指标数据进行归一化处理,最后通过层次分析法和熵权法求得综合评价指标,构建了台风灾害下配电网脆弱线路多角度辨识体系。IEEE RBTS BUS6 F4馈线系统的仿真结果表明:在系统中排第10位的脆弱线路,其度数、介数、失效率、损失度及综合脆弱度归一化数值分别为0.4733、0.0860、0.7970、0.4207、0.4889。排在前10位的线路的指标值分别大于上述数值,其脆弱度相对较高;排在第10位之后的线路的指标值分别小于上述数值,其脆弱度相对较低。脆弱度较高的线路的特点是位于配电网的上游位置、主干线、分支处或长度较长。 Aiming at the problem that typhoon disaster can easily cause distribution lines to fail,thus affecting the safe and reliable operation level of distribution network,an identification method of vulnerable lines in distribution network under typhoon disaster is proposed.Firstly,considering the local and global network topology,power flow distribution,equipment parameters,external environment and fault loss,four multi-angle evaluation indexes of line vulnerability are put forward from the structural level and equipment level of distribution network.Then,normalizing the index data.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation index is obtained through the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method,and a multi-angle identification system for vulnerable lines of the distribution network under typhoon disasters is constructed.The simulation results of IEEE RBTS BUS6 F4 feeder system show that the normalized values of degree,intermediate number,failure rate,loss degree and comprehensive vulnerability of the 10 th vulnerable line in the system are 0.4733,0.0860,0.7970,0.4207 and 0.4889 respectively.The index values of the top 10 lines are larger than the above values,and their vulnerability is relatively high;The index values of the lines ranked after 10 th are smaller than the above values,and their vulnerability is relatively low.The line with high vulnerability is characterized by being located in the upstream position,trunk line,branch or long length of distribution network.
