摘要
目的:建立用颞骨部分指标推断整体颅骨主要指标的一元线性回归方程。方法:成年男性完整的颅骨135例,采用国内通用的人体测量方法测量32项指标,数据用(SPSS17.0)进行分析,剔除相关性较差(r<0.40)的对应。结果:建立了一元线性回归方程38个。对方程检验P<0.001。结论:所得方程可用于利用颞骨对整体颅骨主要指标的推断,为颅骨的复原、颅面整形外科手术设计提供参考。
Objective:To report cadaveric anatomy in cervical root,chest and axillary regions of one case with variant origin of internal thoracic artery(ITA).Methods:To dissected and observed the cervical root,chest and axillary regions of cadaver.Result:The right ITA of the cadaver originated from the third segment of the subclavian artery,and the left one originated from the first segment of the axillary artery.Conclusion:With the development of surgery and microsurgery,it’s necessary to totally understand the topography and variation of ITA,which also contributes to the successful of operations.
