中西医结合护理干预慢性支气管炎的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Nursing Intervention on Chronic Bronchitis with the Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合护理对慢性支气管炎患者的疗效。方法:回顾性选取2017年1月至2021年1月在本院治疗的慢性支气管炎患者80例,采用随机对照实验,观察组40例实施中西医结合护理,对照组40例实施常规护理,统计分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为97.50%(39/40),对照组77.5%(31/40),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性支气管炎治疗中,采用中西医结合护理能获得更好疗效。

Objective:It aims to observe efficacy of nursing intervention on chronic bronchitis with the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Method:A total of 80 chronic bronchitis patients who treated in hospital during the period of January,2017 and January,2021 were selected as study object.They were equally divided into two groups,in which observing group was nursed by the combining treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine while control group were treated by routine nursing.The efficacy of these groups was analyzed.Results:The efficacy rate of patients in observing group was 97.50%(39/40)while that in control group was 77.5%(31/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Better efficacy rate in treating chronic bronchitis could be achieved by using the combining treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
