湿法混炼对NBR/Kaolin复合材料溶胀行为的影响 被引量:2

摘要 分别采用湿法混炼和干法混炼制备了2种丁腈橡胶(NBR)/高岭土(Kaolin)复合材料(LNBRK与SNBRK),并采用未加填料的NBR0作为空白对照样,选择了4种酯类溶剂来研究NBR0、LNBRK和SNBRK的溶胀行为,通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察了LNBRK和SNBEK中Kaolin分布差异,计算了NBR0、LNBRK和SNBRK在4种溶剂中的最大溶胀比和摩尔吸收率,并进一步计算出4种酯类溶剂在NBR0、LNBRK和SNBRK中的扩散系数。结果表明,相对于SNBRK,LNBRK在酯类溶剂中的最大溶胀程度增大,而溶胀速度变慢,试样在酯类溶剂中的溶胀行为与溶剂分子碳原子数有较强的关联。 Two kinds of NBR/Kaolin composites(LNBRK and SNBRK)were prepared by wet mixing and dry mixing respectively,and NBR0 without filler was used as blank control.Four ester solvents were selected to study the swelling behavior of NBR0,LNBRK and SNBRK.The difference of Kaolin distribution between LNBRK and SNBEK was observed by SEM.The maximum swelling ratio and molar absorptivity of NBR0,LNBRK and SNBRK in the four solvents were calculated,and the diffusion coefficients of the four ester solvents in NBR0,LNBRK and SNBRK were further calculated.It is found that the maximum swelling degree of LNBRK in ester solvents is larger than that of SNBRK,but the swelling rate is slower than that of SNBRK.And the swelling behavior of samples in ester solvents is strongly related to the number of carbon atoms in solvent molecules.
