基于创新型人才培养的医学本科生科研训练改革与实践——以广东医科大学本科生循证医学科研团队为例 被引量:12

摘要 在当前“人才为先”的时代背景下,我们国家越来越重视本科生科研创新教育。目前本科生教育普遍采取传统的填鸭式教学,难以培养本科生创新科研思维。为提高医学本科生创新科研能力,培养新型人才,我们对广东医科大学循证医学本科生科研团队进行了教学改革试行,开创了一系列医学本科生新型教学模式,激发了学生科研潜能,并取得了一系列丰硕的教学科研成果。以此案例,希望对医学本科生创新科研改革工作有所启发。 In the current era of talents first,our country pays more and more attention to undergraduate scientific research and innovation education.At present,undergraduate education generally adopts the traditional cramming teaching,which is difficult to cultivate undergraduate innovative scientific research thinking.In order to improve the scientific research innovative ability of medical undergraduates and cultivate new talents,we have carried out a trial on teaching reform for the medical undergraduate research group of evidence-based medicine in Guangdong Medical University,created a series of new teaching modes for medical undergraduates,stimulated their scientific research potential,and finally obtained a series of fruitful teaching and scientific research achievements.This case is expected to inspire the innovation and scientific research reform of medical undergraduates.
