摘要
目的依据“一分钟教学法”工作坊培训效果研究分析提升临床教师培训有效性的途径。方法针对临床教师,开展“一分钟教学法”工作坊培训,并通过问卷测试和模拟带教方式评估培训效果,采用SPSS 21.0分析;访谈相关人员对培训的看法。结果培训前后临床教师问卷测试结果P<0.05具有统计学意义;“一分钟教学法”培训组与非培训组在模拟带教评分中,六个维度中的逻辑性和综合得分比较P<0.05具有统计学意义。访谈结果显示,培训效果跟多种因素相关。结论程序性的师资培训工作坊对临床教师教学能力提升是有效、但不全面的,应充分考虑培训的内、外部影响因素,深入思考能够使临床教师从理论向实践行为转变的方法和途径,才能达到师资培训的最终目的。
Objective Based on the training effect of One Minute Preceptor,or OMP workshop,we re trying to study and analyze the ways to improve the effectiveness of clinical teacher training.Methods The training workshop of OMP was carried out for clinical teachers,and the training effect was evaluated by questionnaire test and simulated the teaching scenario,the data was analyzed by SPSS 21.0;The related personnel on the training were interviewed.Results The questionnaire test results of clinical teachers before and after the training were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the non-training group,the logic and comprehensive scores of the six dimensions in the simulated teaching score of the training group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The interview results show the training effect is related to many factors.Conclusion The procedural teacher training workshop is effective but not comprehensive for clinical teachers to improve their teaching ability.We should fully consider the internal and external factors of training,and deeply think through the ways to urge clinical teachers to apply theory into practice,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of teacher training.
