军事职业教育现状及影响因素调查分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解基层部队军事职业教育的开展现状,及影响基层官兵参加军事职业教育的因素,为持续开展军事职业教育提供评价依据。方法采用自制问卷对参加继续教育培训的基层部队官兵进行调查,调查涉及研究对象基本情况、对开展军事职业教育的态度、开展情况及影响因素等指标。通过单因素分析和Logistic回归分析方法对问卷收集数据进行统计分析。结果收回问卷200份,回收率为100%,有效率为98.96%。纳入的196名调查对象中,男性占88.27%,平均年龄为31.06岁。分析结果显示:军衔等级、人均配备电脑数量、电脑配置、网络条件、网络课程资源丰富程度、网络课程易难程度、单位对职业教育重视程度和态度等因素,对在线课程能否满足需求组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。工学矛盾大、设备有限、课程资源丰富程度、易难程度等是影响基层官兵有效开展军事职业教育的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论不同单位和人员在军事职业网络教育课程开展的程度存在差异。应当提高思想认识、加快硬件设备建设、丰富课程内容、提供更适应岗位需求的军事职业教育。 Objective To investigate the status quo of military vocational education and analyze the factors affecting the participation of military vocational education,and to provide evidence for the continuous development of military vocational education.Methods The self-developed questionnaire was used to investigate the participants who participated in the continuing education training.The survey involved the basic information of the participants,the attitude towards military continuing education,the development situation and influencing factors.The collected data were statistically analyzed by univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis.Results A total of 200 questionnaires were collected with collection rate of 100%and effective rate of 98.96%.Among the 196 valid respondents,88.27%were male,with an average age of 31.06.The analysis results showed that military rank and grade,the number of computers per capita,computer configuration,network conditions,the richness of online course resources,the ease and difficulty of online course,the importance and attitude of the unit to vocational education and other factors had statistical significance on whether online course could meet the needs between groups(P<0.05).The large contradiction between working and learning,limited equipment,rich curriculum resources,and ease and difficulty were the independent factors that affect the effective implementation of military vocational education for fundamental staff(P<0.05).Conclusion There was diversity on military vocational online education in different units and personnel.It was necessary to improve ideological understanding,speed up the construction of hardware equipment,enrich course contents and provide military vocational education more suitable for post requirements.
