摘要
目的评估接受住院医师规范化培训的外科医师在普通外科轮转期间使用腹腔镜模拟训练系统的有效性。方法对2015年1月-2020年12月在西安交通大学第一附属医院普通外科进行住院医师规范化培训轮转的120名外科医生,随机分组将其平均分为干预组与对照组,在给予不同教学模式后对比两组腔镜理论成绩、腔镜操作成绩以及不同教学法满意评价。结果干预组住培医师的各项成绩均高于对照组住培医师(P<0.05),新型教学方法在住培医师中获得的评价和满意度明显更高(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜模拟训练系统在外科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用可以有效丰富外科住培医师对腹腔镜理论知识储备并提高腔镜操作技能,在住培基地带教青年医师中具有潜在的实用价值。
Objective To evaluate the positive role of laparoscopic simulation training system in resident standardized training.Methods 120 general surgery resident surgeons who received the resident standardized training in the general surgery department of First Affiliated Hospital of Xi an Jiaotong University were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group from January 2015 to December 2020.After receiving the different teaching mode,assess the validity including laparoscopic theoretical scores,laparoscopic practical scores and teaching satisfaction.Results The scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The surgeons from the intervention group were more satisfied with the novel teaching mode(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic simulation training system can significantly improve comprehensive achievements of the surgeons in theoretical and practical skills about laparoscope during the resident standardized training of general surgery,which may play an important role in improving the clinical teaching effect and has practical value.
