摘要
针对我国当前临床医学教育的发展现状和专业型人才的培养模式,临床医学科目的改进和革新成为必然的发展趋势,耳鼻咽喉头颈外科作为临床二级学科,其临床授课方面和教学管理方面均需行相应的改革。PBL教学模式以学生为主体,倡导以问题引导基础的互动式教学,是当前国际化教育的主流方式,在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的教学实践中开展并评估教学效果,取得了良好的成效。PBL教学模式应用于耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的教学并改革相应的管理体制、教学模式、科研能力、课程设置等,有助于提高医学生的兴趣、热情和灵感,发挥潜力,提高医学生综合素质和掌握能力。
According to the development status of the present national clinical medicine education and the training model of the specialized talent,the clinical medicine subjects teaching reform and,the otolaryngology head neck subject act as the clinical“secondary discipline”need to receive the corresponding reform in the clinical teaching process and the teaching management administration.PBL teaching model emphasized on student-oriented style,based on the problem proposed through teacher-student direct interaction in teaching process,it conform to the main-stream style in present international education and achieve good effect in the clinical multiple teaching practice.PBL teaching model applied to the otolaryngology head neck subject,evaluate the teaching effect and reform the corresponding management system、teaching model、research ability training、curriculum arrangement,it is conductive to motivate the medical students interest、enthusiasm、inspiration,exert the potential talent,improve the medical students comprehensive quality and mastery ability.
