Under the environment of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the private economy in the new era and the solid promotion of the process of common prosperity are logically related to theory,practice,history,system,and the world,reflecting the rationality of the private economy in the new era to participate in the process of common prosperity.In order to participate in the process of common prosperity in the new era,the private economy must adhere to the principle of the unity of efficiency and fairness,the principle of the combination of mandatory and voluntary,and the principle of the combination of profitability and public welfare.In order to strengthen the construction of enterprise party organizations and trade union organizations and create harmonious labor capital relations;optimize the rational layout of private economy and to achieve shared services for all;realize the high-quality development of private economy and continuously meet the people's high-quality life;we will promote the full development of the private economy,provide broader opportunities for joint construction and promote the realization of common prosperity.
