摘要
总结长株潭老旧社区改造困境的根本原因,提出动态发展下增量旧空间的四条有效途径。基于环境行为学和设计伦理两大理论,通过数据统计和描述性分析长株潭老旧社区改造的实际情况,从“相关利益者”“环境资源”“动态发展”三者内外部的矛盾及其联系进行思考。得出老旧社区改造困境的根本原因是环境变化过快导致了人的需求急剧增长和旧有空间功能发展滞缓之间存在难以协调的矛盾。而功能置换是解决老旧社区改造困境的方式之一,能够助力国家盘活存量用地资源的政策实施推广。
This paper aims at summarizing the root causes of the dilemma in the renewal of the old communities in Chang-Zhu-Tan area,and proposing four effective ways to increment the old spaces under dynamic development.Based on the two classical theories of environmental behavior and design ethics,it analyzes the contradictions from the internal and external aspects of"relevant stakeholders","environmental resources"and"dynamic development"and their connections in accordance with the statistics and descriptive analysis of the realities of the old community renewal in Chang-Zhu-Tan area.Pursuant to the results,the root cause of the dilemma in the old community renewal is that there is an irreconcilable conflict between the rapid increase in human demand and the slow development of functions in the old space due to rapid environmental changes.In this regard,function replacement is one of the ways to solve the basic problem,contributing to the country’s policy implementation and promotion of revitalizing the existing land resources.
