川西北旅游区县域旅游资源禀赋综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of County Tourism Resources Endowment in Northwest Sichuan Tourism Area

近年来川西北地区旅游快速发展,但旅游资源禀赋较差.本文以川西北2市29个区县作为研究对象,基于大量数据信息的TOPSIS熵权法,综合筛选资源评价的15个具体指标,计算得出各区县的综合评价指数,找出区域内部的资源禀赋丰歉程度,运用ArcGIS10.3进行空间分析.结果表明一级指标层中特色旅游景区资源对资源禀赋的贡献大,二级指标层中世界自然、文化遗产地质公园、国家级非物质文化遗产对资源禀赋的贡献大,在综合评价中所起的作用较大;将综合评价指数划分成4个等级位于旅游资源丰富区的有1个;较为丰富区的4个;较为贫乏区的有7个;贫乏区的有19个,全区旅游资源禀赋县域差距较大.最后根据评价结果对川西北旅游区旅游资源开发与利用提出优化旅游产业布局,协调旅游资源组合开发,紧抓区域特色,错位补位发展,加快景区与基础设施建设等建议.

In recent years,tourism in northwest Sichuan has developed rapidly,but its tourism resource endowment is poor.Therefore,this paper taking case of 2 cities and 29 districts and counties in the northwest Sichuan,Economic Zone of Sichuan Province,using the entropy weighting method based on a large amount of data information to comprehensively screen 15 specific indicators for resource evaluation,calculated the comprehensive evaluation index of each district and county used Arc GIS 10.3 for spatial analysis.The results show that:in the first-level indicator layer,the characteristic scenic spot resources have a great contribution to the resource endowment;in the second-level indicator layer,the world natural and cultural heritage geopark and national intangible cultural heritage have a great contribution to the resource endowment,and play a great role in the comprehensive evaluation.The comprehensive evaluation index was divided into four grades:There are 1 in the area with abundant tourism resources.4 relatively rich areas;There were 7 poor areas;There are 19 poor districts,and there is a big gap between the counties with tourism resource endowment.Finally,according to the evaluation results,some Suggestions are put forward for the development and utilization of tourism resources in northwest Sichuan tourism area.
