摘要
高校体育课程对大学生体能发展提出了明确的目标,这要求教师在教学模式上进行创新.本研究旨在通过文献资料整理分析归纳,初步构建体能导向的高校体育教学模式.该教学模式指将现有体能训练理论与体育课程理论深入融合,以学生全面体能发展作为主导目标来设计体育课程教学结构和程序,所构建出的相对稳定的、典型的体育课程教学模式,该理论得到教育学、心理学、生理学、运动训练学等学科的理论支持.该教学模式架构包括指导思想、教学目标、操作程序、实现条件、评价内容与标准五大部分.
The physical education curriculum of colleges and universities has put forward a clear goal for the physical development of college students,which requires teachers to innovate in the teaching mode.The purpose of this study is to preliminarily construct the physical education teaching mode of colleges and universities based on the analysis of literature.The teaching model refers to the current theory of physical training and physical education curriculum theory deeply,students can develop in an all-round way as main goal to design the structure and application of physical education curriculum teaching,build up a relatively stable,typical physical education curriculum teaching mode,the theory of pedagogy,psychology,physiology,sports training and other disciplines theory support.The teaching model consists of five parts:guiding ideology,teaching objectives,operating procedures,realization conditions,evaluation contents and standards.
