摘要
用喷射回路反应器替代釜式反应器,进行了硝基苯类化合物的加氢反应,研究了不同的反应条件对加氢反应的影响。结果表明,喷射回路反应器能够提高加氢反应的传热和传质速率,缩短反应时间,在反应压力0.5MPa、反应温度50℃、循环流量8m^(3)·h^(-1)、反应时间3h的条件下,原料的转化率和产品的选择性分别为99.92%和97.43%,均优于搅拌釜式反应器。
Jet loop reactor was used instead of tank reactor to carry out the hydrogenation reaction of nitrobenzene compounds,and the influence of different reaction conditions on the hydrogenation reaction was studied.The results showed that the jet loop reactor could improve the heat and mass transfer rate of the hydrogenation reaction and reduce the reaction time.The raw material conversion and product selectivity reached 99.92%and 97.43%,respectively,which were better than stirred tank reactors when the reaction pressure was 0.5MPa,the reaction temperature was 50℃,the circulating flow rate was 8m^(3)/h and the reaction time was 3h.
