摘要
以微晶纤维素(MCC)为原料,采用超声辅助酶解法制备纳米纤维素载体(NCC),并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、粒度分析、Fourier变换红外(FT\|IR)光谱和热重分析(TGA)NCC的形貌结构、热稳定性和粒度大小进行表征.结果表明:利用MCC酶解法制备NCC的直径为10.10~18.17 nm,长度为531.20~1106.00 nm,热性能更稳定.
Using microcrystalline cellulose(MCC)as raw materials,nano cellulose carrier(NCC)was prepared by ultrasonic assisted enzymatic hydrolysis.The morphology,thermal stability and particle size of NCC were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),particle size analysis,Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The results show that the diameter of NCC prepared by MCC enzymatic hydrolysis ranges from 10.10 to 18.17 nm,and the length ranges from 531.20 to 1106.00 nm,its thermal performance is more stable.
