摘要
探讨户外冬季防风保暖运动面料的设计与生产工艺,面料使用三层结构,表层防风、耐磨、防剐蹭;中间层蓬松、柔软、保暖;里层舒适、透气透湿。面料经纬向均有弹性,经向弹性方便肢体做伸展运动,纬向弹性利于保暖。经测试该面料的保暖率为41.75%,克罗值为0.4857clo,传热系数为16.68W/m^(2)·℃。面料生产难度大,通过使用反织工艺、双轴织制等工艺措施,保障了生产的顺利进行。
Design and production technology of outdoor winter windproof and warm sports fabric was discussed.The three-layer structure was used in the fabric.The surface layer could be windproof,wear-resistant and anti-scratching;the middle layer was fluffy,soft and warm;and the inner layer was comfortable,breathable and moisture-permeable.The fabric was elastic in both warp and weft directions,the warp direction was elastic and convenient for the limbs to do stretching exercises,and the weft direction was resilient and good for keeping warm.After testing,the warmth retention rate of the fabric was 41.75%,the Clo value was 0.4857clo and the heat transfer coefficient was 16.68W/m^(2)·℃.The production of fabrics was very difficult,and the smooth production was ensured through the use of technological measures such as reverse weaving and biaxial weaving.
