睡衣面料结构与服用性能测试与评价

摘要 以市购6种睡衣面料为研究对象,测试评价了不同纤维类型睡衣面料结构形态,以及影响穿着舒适性的起毛起球性能和接触冷暖感。结果发现:不同纤维种类睡衣面料表面存在较大的差异,莫代尔抗起毛起球性能最差,法兰绒织物的平均接触暖感值最强,棉与莫代尔次之,真丝织物的平均接触冷感值最强,粘胶和涤纶织物次之。 Six kinds of pajamas fabrics were purchased in the market as the research objects,the fabric morphological structure,the pilling performance and contact warm-cool feeling of pajamas with different fibers were tested and evaluated.The results showed that there were great differences in the surfaces of pajamas fabrics with different fiber types,Modal fabric had the worst resistance to pilling,flannel fabric had the highest average contact warm feeling values,followed by cotton and Modal while silk fabric had the highest average contact cool feeling value,followed by viscose and polyester fabric.
