板栗叶染料在天然纤维上的染色研究 被引量:2

摘要 为有效利用板栗树废弃资源,以水为溶剂从板栗落叶中提取天然染料,研究该染料的提取工艺,测试了提取液的紫外-可见光谱,并对该染料在三种天然纤维柞蚕丝、羊毛及改性棉上的染色性能进行探讨。结果表明,板栗叶染料提取的适宜条件为:煮沸回流提取2h,物料与溶剂质量比为1∶20。板栗叶染料上染三种纤维时,适宜的染色条件为:在温度90℃下恒温染色50min,染色pH=3。以板栗叶染料上染三种纤维,直接染色、明矾及硫酸亚铁媒染试样都可以获得较好的染色深度,其中以硫酸亚铁媒染试样的K/S值最高,且染色织物的染色牢度较好。 In order to effectively utilize the waste resources of Chinese chestnut tree,the natural pigment was extracted from the fallen leaves of Chinese chestnut tree with water as solvent.The extraction process of the pigment was studied,and then the UV-Vis spectra of the pigment were tested.The dyeing properties of the pigment on three kinds of natural fibers(tussah silk,wool and modified cotton)were explored.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions for pigment from chestnut leaves were:boiling and reflux extraction for 2h and the material and solvent ratio was 1∶20.The optimum dyeing conditions for chestnut leaf pigment on the three fabrics were as follows:dyeing at 90℃for 50 min and dyeing bath pH value was 3.Better color depth could be obtained when the three kinds of fabrics were dyed with the extracted pigment by direct dyeing or mordant dyeing with alum or ferrous sulfate,and the K/S value of the mordant samples with ferrous sulfate was the highest and the dyed fabrics had better color fastness properties.
