摘要
为了寻求满足棉针织物多功能要求的硅油,采用嵌段硅油复配方式处理棉针织物。试验使用新型嵌段硅油G18分别与嵌段G38和阳离子硅油108进行复配,对整理后的棉针织物进行手感、色光以及折皱回复角测试,并通过红外光谱和扫描电镜对整理后的棉纤维进行性能表征以及纤维形态分析。结果表明:经过嵌段硅油G382.7%(owf)和嵌段硅油G180.3%(owf)复配整理后棉织物综合性能最好,整理后棉织物手感达到5级,纤维表面光滑。与原布相比,折皱回复角由173°提高到179°,与原布相比,色变仅有0.52,黄变程度较低。
In order to find a silicone oil that meets the multifunctional requirements of cotton knitted fabrics,a block silicone oil compound method was used to treat cotton knitted fabrics.In the experiment,a new block silicone oil G18 was compounded with block G38 and cationic silicone oil 108 respectively,and the hand feel,shade and wrinkle recovery angle of the finished cotton knitted fabrics were tested,and the finished cotton fibers’performance was characterized and the fiber morphology was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the overall performance of cotton fabrics was best after compound finishing by block silicone oil G382.7%(owf)and block silicone oil G180.3%(owf),the hand feel reached level 5 and the fiber surface became smooth.Compared with the original fabric,the wrinkle recovery angle increased from 173°to 179°,the color change was only 0.52,and the degree of yellowing was relatively lower.
