黄麻增强复合材料的阻燃处理及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以黄麻机织物增强环氧树脂和PU聚氨酯复合板材,选用两种阻燃剂分别对黄麻平纹布以及树脂进行阻燃处理,其中黄麻平纹布选用织物通用液体阻燃剂进行2h~4h浸泡式阻燃处理;粉末阻燃剂以20%、30%和35%的比例与环氧及聚氨酯两种树脂进行混合,采用两层黄麻织物进行铺层制备薄型复合材料板材。通过对复合材料板材进行阻燃性能、拉伸及弯曲性能的测试与分析,结果表明:随着加入阻燃剂的含量增加,试样的极限氧指数提高明显,阻燃效果显著,而拉伸、弯曲力学性能会逐渐减弱。综合比较,在增强织物阻燃整理时间为2h,树脂基体添加阻燃整理剂含量为20%时,复合板材阻燃及力学性能较优。 Jute woven fabrics were used to reinforce epoxy and polyurethane composite laminate.Two flame retardants were used to conduct flame retardant treatment on jute plain fabric and resin,and jute plain fabric was immersed into fabric general liquid flame retardant for 2-4h as flame retardant treatment;20%,30%and 35%powder flame retardants were blended with epoxy and polyurethane resins,and two-layer jute woven fabrics were used as layers to prepare thin composite laminate.The flame retardant performance,the tensile and bending properties of the composite laminate were tested and analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of flame retardant content,the limit oxygen index of the sample improved greatly and flame retardant effect was obvious while the tensile and bending mechanical properties decreased gradually.In a sum,the flame retardant performance and mechanical properties were optimal when the flame retardant finishing time of reinforced fabric was 2h and the flame retardant content in resin was 20%.
