摘要
适性课程是指尊重和适应学生类本性、群体本性和个体本性,从而促进学生身心全面发展的具有积极教育意味的经验体系。适性课程从学生本性的立体结构出发,强调课程的多元性、对话性和适切性。当今时代,技术支持下的社会变革、人民的教育利益诉求指向下的国家建设以及课程实践中适性课程的建设共同呼唤更多学校构建适性课程。学校的适性课程建设应从课程文化转型、课程内容多元化、多样教学组织形式、学生学习特性的精准评估、教师的适性辅导等方面着手。
The adaptive curriculum refers to an experience system with positive educational meaning,which respects and adapts to students'human nature,group nature and individual nature,and thereby promotes the all-round development of students.Based on the three-dimensional structure of the students'nature,adaptive curriculum gives prominence to the diversity,dialogic nature and adaptability of the curriculum.In the new era,the social changes under the support of technology,the state construction under the direction of the people's educational interests,and the attempts to construct suitable courses in curriculum practice,jointly call for more schools to build adaptive curriculum.The school's adaptive curriculum construction should be undertaken from such aspects as transforming curriculum culture,the diversifying curriculum contents,adopting diverse teaching organization forms,the accurately evaluating students'learning characteristics,and applying adaptive teacher guidance.
