摘要
为缓解劳动力不足、降低劳动强度和生产成本,提高生产效率,增加收入,推动设施番茄规模化生产,小汤山农业园从2019年开始探索并总结出设施番茄生产关键环节机械化栽培技术,技术以农机与农艺相融合为途径,围绕设施番茄在育苗、土壤整地、深耕、起垄、铺膜、移栽等关键生产环节的机械装备选型和实施要点进行了阐述,初步形成了1套连栋温室番茄生产关键环节机械化栽培技术模式,技术实施后节本增效成效明显,为促进北京地区设施番茄栽培机械化提供借鉴和参考。
In order to alleviate the shortage of labor,reduce labor intensity and production costs,improve production efficiency,increase income,and promote the large-scale production of greenhouse tomatoes,Xiaotangshan Agricultural Park has begun to explore mechanized cultivation technology for the key links of greenhouse tomato production in 2019.The effectiveness of these synergy was obvious.This article used the technical approach of the integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy to elaborate on the selection and implementation of mechanical equipment for key production links such as seedling cultivation,soil preparation,deep ploughing,ridge formation,film paving,and transplanting.The mechanized cultivation technology model for the key link of tomato production in the multi-span greenhouse provided reference and reference for promoting the mechanization of protected tomato cultivation in Beijing.
