This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of a dialogue mechanism between China and the member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN).Thirty years ago,China and ASEAN member states decided to establish a dialogue mechanism,and both sides did so with a high degree of enthusiasm and expectations.
