摘要
为提高多晶硅的生产效率,降低多晶硅的生产成本,通过对某新能源材料破碎筛选车间实地调查和详细分析论证,针对硅棒运输及举升的需求提供了两套可行方案,并对两套方案进行分析比较,得出结论:方案二虽然制造成本较高,但是操作起来方便,自动化程度更高,可降低劳动成本,其综合生产成本较低。
In order to improve the production efficiency of polycrystalline silicon and reduce the production cost of polycrystalline silicon,through the investigation and detailed analysis of a new energy material crushing and screening workshop.We provided two feasible schemes for the transportation of silicon rod.We analysis and compared the two schemes.It is found that although the manufacturing cost of scheme 2 is higher,but it is convenient and more automation.It can reduce the labor cost,then the total cost can be reduced.
