大型双燃料汽车运输船的噪声预报及优化设计

摘要 以某大型双燃料汽车运输船为例,为确保其具备良好的舱室噪声水平,采用能量有限元-统计能量混合算法开展舱室噪声预报,并提出相应的噪声优化设计方案,使该船同时满足MSC.337(91)和美国船级社2016年发布的Crew Habitability on Ships(HAB 2016)的噪声要求。将噪声预报结果与实船试航实测噪声数据进行对比,验证噪声预报结果的有效性和准确性,对类似船舶的噪声优化设计有一定的借鉴意义。 Cabin noise is an important criterion for ship comfort,which gets more and more attentions.MSC adopted the Code On Noise Levels On Board Ships by resolution MSC.337(91)on 2012.ABS also put out the Crew Habitability on Ships(HAB)on 2016.A large dual-fueled car carrier was taken as an example,the cabin noise prediction and optimal design by EFEA-SEA hybrid method for this ship were carried out.The prediction results were compared with the sea trail measurement results showing that the vessel fulfilled the noise requirements of MSC.337(91)and Crew Habitability on Ships(HAB 2016).The reference may be provided for the cabin noise prediction of similar type of vessels.
