数字经济与乡村产业融合发展研究

Research on the Integrated Development of Digital Economy and Rural Industry

在数字技术的推动下,数字经济与乡村产业的融合发展已经成为提升农业现代化发展水平的基本方式。数字经济与乡村产业的融合发展是促进乡村经济提质增效的手段,也是一个动态化的创新过程,更是一个高效、智慧的内融状态。当前,在各级政府的推动下,我国数字经济与乡村产业融合发展探索卓有成效,以数字技术推动多业态产业融合,以电子商务引领乡村产业结构重塑,以金融科技推动乡村产业兴旺,但也存在投入不足、人力资源支持不足及科技创新供给力不足等问题。美国、南非的精准农业模式,德国的大数据共享数字农业模式和英国数字网络新型订单农业模式,对完善我国数字经济与乡村产业融合具有良好的借鉴意义。为此,我国在推进数字经济与乡村产业融合过程中,应注重从政策体系、投入体系、人才支撑体系和风险控制体系等方面加以推进。

Driven by digital technology,the integrated development of the digital economy and rural industries has become a basic way to improve the level of agricultural modernization.The integrated development of the digi⁃tal economy and rural industries is a means to promote the quality and efficiency of the rural economy,and it is al⁃so a dynamic innovation process,as well as an efficient and intelligent state of internal integration.At present,un⁃der the promotion of governments at all levels,China's digital economy and rural industry integration has carried out fruitful practical explorations,using digital technology to promote the integration of multi-format industries,us⁃ing e-commerce to lead the restructuring of rural industries,and using financial technology to promote the prosper⁃ity of rural industries.However,there are also problems such as insufficient investment,insufficient human re⁃source support,and insufficient supply of technological innovation.The precision agriculture model of the United States and South Africa,the big data sharing digital agriculture model of Germany and the new order farming mod⁃el of the British digital network have good reference significance for improving the integration of China's digital economy and rural industries.For this reason,in the process of advancing the integration of the digital economy and rural industries,China should focus on promoting it in terms of policy system,investment system,talent sup⁃port system,and risk control system.
