CMT铝合金薄板焊接接头熔宽控制研究

摘要 采用CMT焊接工艺对1.5 mm厚AA6061-T6铝合金薄板进行焊接试验,选取多种焊接工艺参数及其之间的交互作用作为熔宽的影响因素,对熔宽的增加工艺进行研究。通过改变焊接速度、送丝速度以及弧长修正研究了焊接工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响。结果表明,在所有影响因素中,送丝速度和焊接速度的交互作用、弧长修正对焊缝宽度的影响均显著,其中焊接速度对焊缝形貌的影响最大,其次为送丝速度。随着焊接速度的增大,焊缝单位长度内的热输入明显下降,焊缝熔宽显著减小。 The CMT welding process was used to weld AA6061-T6 aluminum alloy with the thickness of 1.5 mm.In experiment,the variety of welding process parameters and the interaction between these parameters were selected as the influencing factors of welding width,and the process of increasing weld width was studied.The influence of welding parameters on weld formation was studied by changing the welding speed,wire feeding speed and arc length correction.The results show that the interaction of wire feeding speed and welding speed and arc length correction have significant effects on weld width.Welding speed has the greatest influence on the weld morphology,followed by the wire feeding speed.With the increase of welding speed,the heat input per unit length of weld decreases obviously,and the weld width decreases significantly.
