摘要
针对传统水箱温度检测控制系统,提出了一种新型的检测控制系统。该系统以STM32F429微处理器为控制核心,DS18B20温度传感器为检测元件,采用反馈控制法控制水箱温度,并将控制结果通过语音播报。经实验测试,该系统控制误差在0.5℃左右,结果播报准确。该系统结构简单、性能稳定、精度较高且结果读取方便,为水箱温度控制系统的设计提供了一定参考。
Aiming at the traditional water tank temperature detection and control system,this paper proposes a new detection and control system.The system uses STM32F429 microprocessor as the control core,DS18B20 temperature sensor as the detection element,uses feedback control method to control the temperature of the water tank,and broadcasts the control results through voice.After experimental testing,the system has a control error of about 0.5℃,and the results are accurate.The system has simple structure,stable performance,high accuracy and easy reading of results,which provides a certain reference for the design of the water tank temperature control system.
