就业质量对农民工生活幸福感的影响——基于泉州的调查数据

The Effect of Employment Quality on the Migrant Workers'Life Happiness--Based on the data in Quanzhou

运用有序probit模型,基于泉州地区取得的调查数据,研究就业质量对农民工的生活幸福感的影响。研究结果表明:首先,收入对农民工生活幸福感具有正向影响,此影响与农民工对工资收入的主观评价息息相关;其次,工作稳定性未影响农民工生活幸福感,且在社会保障维度中仅医疗保险能提升农民工的生活幸福感;最后,工作负面影响维度中仅工作歧视对生活幸福感有显著负面影响。

Life well-being is an important influencing factor for better integration of migrant workers into working cities.Using the ordered probit model,this paper studies the effect of employment quality on the life well-being of migrant workers based on the survey data in Quanzhou.The results show that,the hypothesis of the positive effect of income on migrant workers'well-being is confirmed,but the effect is closely related to the subjective evaluation of migrant workers'wage income.Job stability does not affect the life happiness of migrant workers,and in the social security dimension,only medical insurance can improve the life happiness of migrant workers.In the dimension of negative effects of work,only work discrimination has significant negative effects on life happiness.
