Report of the second survey on the scientific and technological workers in Chongqing

习近平总书记强调,硬实力、软实力,归根到底要靠人才实力。重庆市打造具有全国影响力的科技创新中心,关键是要建设一支规模宏大、结构合理、素质优良、充满活力的科技人才队伍。近日,本课题组通过数据测算,详细掌握了重庆市科技工作者总量情况;通过发放问卷4299份、召开座谈会10场、分析文献80余篇,重点从人才引进、培育、激励、服务四个方面深入剖析重庆市科技工作者队伍建设面临的主要问题,并提出相关对策建议,供重庆市加强科技工作者队伍建设决策参考。

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that talents serve as the foundation of a country's hard and soft power.The key for Chongqing to build a sci-tech innovation center with national influence is to set up a high-quality scientific and technological workforce featuring large scale,reasonable structure,highly qualified and great vigor.Recently,through data calculation,the number of scientific and technological workers is calculated,4,299 questionnaires are handled out,10 symposiums are successfully held and more than 80 papers are analyzed.This research deeply probes into the main problems and causes of the building of the scientific and technological workforce in Chongqing from the four aspects:talent introduction,cultivation,incentive and service.Then it puts forward the countermeasures with hope to provide reference for the decision-making of strengthening the construction of scientific and technological workforce in Chongqing Municipality.
