摘要
分析了网络舆情事件的事理图谱结构,介绍了网络舆情事理图谱构建的方法。对网络舆情事理图谱构建框架及涉军舆情事理图谱应用进行了研究和展望。针对网络治理、公共安全管理领域的网络舆情监测和分析,网络舆情事理图谱结合领域知识图谱的创新研究将获得时效更优、成效更高的产出。
The structure of network public opinion event evolutional graphs was analyzed.The methods for developing the network public opinion event evolutional graphs were described.The framework for developing the network public opinion event evolutional graphs and the application of military public opinion event evolutional graphs were studied and prospected.The innovative studies on network public opinion event evolutional graphs can achieve better effectiveness and more products by monitoring and analyzing the network public opinion event evolutional graphs in network governance and public security management fields.
